I think you should re-evaluate this company. It seems as if your article/review may have actually made them change some of their practices.
They aren't THAT bad. They are, just OK. 3/5 stars... but not as low as you gave them. When the price is right however.....
With that said, they have been hit real hard by the recent bannings as companies with much better customer service have much cheaper prices. They are a 2.5 or 3 star company... but not nearly as low as you gave them.
