They still seem to be having a lot of problems recently. They are reliable, and a decent company to deal with... it's just IGE has REALLY improved and with smaller players like MOGS and WoWMine offering great prices... I'm about to switch currency suppliers mostly due to price and the SwagVault customer service just isn't keeping me here.
Will see if the prices drop, if not, it's best to find a better currency company (not that SwagVault is bad; but it isn't "excellent")
