This vendor is being too cautious. I try to buy currency on City of Heroes, took them half a day to process my order as "refund". I tried to talk to them online through live chat, and they've requested me to send in money order. The rep said it is "safer", and they won't take my charge through paypal (credit card w/o setting up an account with paypal).
